They did a deal with restaurant.com so I don't know if they are owned by them or not but the deal ended up being expensive and I still have not received 6 bottles of wine from an 18 bottle order....

I just bought a voucher on Restaurant.com "Specials" for Orderwinedirect.com. It was $39 for 6 bottles of Calif. wine. The voucher would not work on their website, so I needed to phone them....
