History

Dr. Posnikoff was the original owner of OCEVS and graduated from Western College of Veterinary Medicine, Saskatoon, SK, in 1994 and then completed an internship at Chino Valley Equine Hospital in 1995. It was after this that she came to Orange County, where she enjoyed a wonderful career working as a sport horse veterinarian. Dr. P started OCEVS in 2003, when she purchased the practice from Dr. Kent Wright. Dr. P has since sold the practice in 2014 to Dr. Katherine Fertig and moved to the east coast. Dr. Fertig has enjoyed continue to provide equine athletes in the Orange County area with top quality care and attention.
