They are the DEVIL! Be prepared to pay big money out of your own pocket. My dentist worked through them for my labs. They sent me the bill instead of my insurance. I called them to sort it out...

I agree with with Peter G. Avoid. No insurance billing. Do not take Medicare and only they sent me one bill, which I paid less "late fee". They claimed I was billed 3 times.

They can't seem to bill insurance. They won't even try. They'd rather send your bill to a collections agency, and let you try to get reimbursed by your insurance. Just find another lab.
