I love Optum! Dr. Jordan is very attentive. Their service is fast. Urgent care is even fast! It's so much better and less expensive than Kaiser. We highly recommend it!

They still use paper forms for sdi. Lots of phone calls to even get your forms sign and completed by your dr. It took me literally 10 days for the dr to finally complete the sdi forms. Then you...
