They are the worst when trying to close an account! So full of sh*t......I've sent emails, left messages on the support page and made phone calls and they keep billing me.

BBB rates them a D-, they are even worse than that. I cancelled my service 2 years ago at least. They have continued to bill me. Please do not work with this company. Report them to your state's...
