Open Gate Nursery School is a parent-education cooperative preschool located in Redwood City. For more than 30 years, Open Gate has been a place where children and parents develop, thrive and grow together in a stimulating and creative environment. In addition, Open Gate offers on-site nursery care for younger siblings of students during parents' school workdays. Our parent education classes are associated with the Sequoia Adult School, and the school is a member of the California Council of Parent Participation Nursery Schools. Open Gate Nursery School admits students of any race, color, nationality, religion, or ethnic origin. We are also a nut-free school and welcome children with nut or other allergies. Open Gate is a warm and wonderful place for your family to share and grow together. We held our annual Open House on February 3 and 4, 2010.
