If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want your package do not go with this shipping service. Their customer support is even worse and rude. Pick UPS or literally any other shipping option.

I have had 10 packages delivered by OnTrac. The deliverer never once provided the locker code! Just because a picture shows the product in a locker, doesn't mean it's delivered! Worst customer...
