Hello, I'm Rangoon Ricky. I'm an artist first, then a business man. This is in my heart, blood and skin. I am a professional artist and Tattoo Artist with over 46 years of experience even though you can't really tell by lookin' at me. Hmmm. I started tattooing in Vietnam by hand and actually doing very well at it. I had other G.I.'s that had shop done ink coming to me for repairs. Pretty good ,huh? Mr. Ed Hardy ( the tattoo clothing designer also tattoo artist) along with Old Doc Webb in San Diego wrote me letters while I was in Vietnam and helped me to get started in the business. Ed actuallay did my secound and third tattoos which I'm honored to have. Though I've tattooed all over the world having many different studios I've been in the same city of Vallejo for over 40 of those 46 years. This is the first

The service was excellent. I appreciated how detailed he was about all aspects of his work. He was kind and very accommodating. Yes I would recommend Only Skin Deep, and yes I'd go there again

Rick is a great guy! He did my 11th tattoo which was on my hand. He's definitely the best tattoo artist that's ever done any work on me. Highly recommended. I'd definitely come back.

Mr. Rick is a true professional. I just got my first tattoo done by him, and it's absolutely impressive. He made the experience so comfortable that I'm already looking forward to my next one....
