I'm so upset right now, ugh. I came in with thick eyebrows, asked for them to be defined, just cleaned up. Left side (right in the pic) got completely butchered, and neither got cleaned up.

I went back to point out how they removed a portion of my eyebrow and she denies that she did it and just says oh well...you just need the hair to grow back!
