I freaking love One Love Yoga! Craig and Jennie are the best teachers. I started out a few years ago barely able to do down dog, and now I am rocking some of a harder poses (King Pigeon FTW!)....

Donation based yoga held in Swedenborg Hall on Tyler Avenue in University Heights. Classes are usually intimate, which is great for individual adjustments and are usually challenging. Studio style...
