The parking spaces are wide enough for vehicles, they are not like other structures where you can barely get out of your vehicle. We have cameras on every floor, security is patrolling constantly and they are here 24/7. We have three entrances and three exits. An entrance and exit towards Union St. and the other is in the Alley that exits toward Raymond or Fair Oaks. Some of our One Colorado Tenant such as IPIC, IL Fornaio, Akbar, Dots, Sushi Roku, and Russells validate parking.
