The class is intense and vigorous, but also suitable for young children, teens, and adults. I've been shown that capoeira is suitable for any age and is a big workout for all parts of the body....

I had my son signed up for the kid's class at $30 a month, 3x per week which is a fantastic deal. I would not have been able to offer my son a movement class without a price like this....
