By appointment only. However, they do not acknowledge that you have scheduled the appointment. Operator is extremely rude to customers. If he claims he will return your call he is lying. I suggest...

Talk about easy! I had to recycle my old & heavy TV set but I didn't want to wait for an electronic recycling day somewhere. My neighbor told me about a place near by that's opened during the week...
