History

Welcome to Omni Alarm Solutions, formerly known as Omni Alarm. Omni Alarm was established by Eric Billings and Gary Brown in the early 80's as a part time business installing and maintaining residential burglar alarms, our Consumer Affairs license number at that time was ACO-2709. Omni Alarm incorporated in 2010 and took on the new moniker of Omni Alarm Solutions to better describe what our focus is. Our new license number is ACO-7174. We are currently focused on the repairs and maintenance of our existing clients while being available grow the client base by taking on new customers with existing systems.

Specialties

We specialize in CCTV and burglar alarm system repairs, upgrades and installations. Omni Alarm Solutions contracts with a local monitoring station that has been in business for well over 30 year in order to provide our customers with high quality alarm monitoring services. With over 35 years of experience in the alarm industry, I am confident we can help you with your security system needs, whatever they may be. Our monitoring rates are very competitive and we offer 3 months free service on any new 2 year contract. Omni makes 1 hour window appointments and also offers the option to call or test you when we are on the way. Omni Alarm Solutions is based in Concord, CA and generally limits its territory to Contra Costa County.
