HistoryI decided to start this business when I moved to Los Angeles from San Diego, where I participate in cancer researches at the time, and noticed a huge market that is not fulfilled by very good specialist, I noticed that LA has a lot of trainers that has no idea what they are talking about, and same level nutrition specialist how they called themselves :) well here I am at your service :)SpecialtiesNutrition, muscle tone, weight loss, lifting technique, and competition prep are just a few of my specialties. While many trainers are able to give you lists of exercises to do, they lack the knowledge of fitness as a total package of nutrition, proper technique, and exercise. Because of my background in fitness as well as PhD in biochemistry with clinical research experience, training with me, clients become educated as well as get significant physical results. There are many people who can lose a few pounds, only to put it back on and add a few more. My clients have confidence in knowing that they can sculpt their bodies to their ultimate goal and maintain it. This only comes through proper knowledge of the total package of fitness.
