Olsen's is one of my go-to stops when I visit Solvang. The Danish pastries are just SO good! My personal favorite... the princess waffle cookie! . Their chocolate rum balls are also so good....

Olsen's is a must-visit, but it won't really blow your mind away with its pastries. We came here because it's one of the most highly rated bakeries in Solvang, but it's mostly a little gimmicky....
