History

My sister and I used to own a Vitamin store in imperial beach. cancer patients from Tijuana would come and buy our fabulous selection Of vitamins.we were known to have the largest amount of bulk herbs,over 1500.One day a 13 year old cancer patient came in and looked like he was 9 months pregnant. He had celiac disease, an auto immune disorder or gluten allergy ,that can attack your intestines if you aren't on a strict gluten free diet eliminating white ,wheat,eye,barely,some oats out of your diet.I began baking privately for this 13 year old boy,his condition was improving dramatically. my sister began her courses in Florence Italy to become an international culinary chef . When she returned,we opened Olive oil cafe inside our viramin store.We began farmers markets,an later offered an entire building on sdsu campus with a 3 part Cafe for exceeding sales.
