Old World Cobble (OWC) was started in 2004 and is locally owned and operated by Travis Hugins. Travis is an ICPI certified installer and has a background in natural stone, tile and interlocking paver construction and can bring his quality craftsmanship and excellent costumer service to you. Specialties

We specialize in interlocking paving stone driveways, patios, retaining walls, and covers all aspects of hardscaping. Travis personally meets each client, offering a free estimate, a picture portfolio, references, resources, and ideas to make each project original and beautiful. Travis will answer all your questions, guarantees all his work, is a price competitor, and completes each project in an efficient manner, making sure each customer is fully satisfied. He also oversees the daily happenings of each project and continues to enjoy installing and laying stone. Ever environmentally-minded, we recycle excavation debris and use recycled products as often as possible. Looking to save on water, ask us about rain harvesting options! Driveways and patios could possibly fail in 2 years or less if not installed by a knowledgeable ICPI certified installer. Paver driveways and patios must have proper base compaction, which Old World can have tested by a local soil engineer. Proper materials, such as Geo textile fabric, Class II base rock and C33 concrete sand, are used to prevent future migration of native soil and failure at the base. These materials are approved and recommended by the ICPI. In addition to the materials above, Old World utilizes mortar bond beam retention (the outside paver is wet set on a concrete footing that is as deep as the compacted base rock). Old World can also offer specific sand that helps with weed control and sealers to enhance and protect.
