El Segundo, CA 90245
Nestled in the small beach town of El Segundo, California, Old Town Music Hall entertains audiences in a quaint theater built in 1921 as a silent movie house. It was founded by two musicians in 1968 and is now a non-profit organization celebrating classic film and music. The centerpiece of this unique theater is the Mighty Wurlitzer Theater Pipe Organ, a massive wind-driven musical instrument built in 1925 to accompany silent films. Old Town Music Hall offers weekly classic films and concerts, including silent films accompanied live on the pipe organ.
