This review is long overdue. Old City Hall has been one of my favorite restaurants to eat at, my grandma used to take me here frequently (she has since passed and is no longer with us) every time...

It had so much Promise. We tried it but we were disappointed. My pork chop was dry and veggies were undercooked. We ordered bread and that was hard as a rock. I'm surprised the staff served it....
