Quality SUCKS, apparently there was a change in management and everything went down the drain. If you're gonna sell expensive basturma at least make sure you're not selling TRASH. Shame on you....

I have called and emailed several times to get ordering information to send bastirma to six or seven relatives here in Chicago. No ever calls back or emails me with ordering info. Disappointing...

Bought basturma $27.99 for a pound and it got spoiled in 2 weeks in refrigerator and it went to the garbage

The basturma here is pretty solid. I've not seen the soujuk yet so Ill have to seek that out. Cured with paprika and salt with a handful of other spices. Great fried with eggs to give it a crispy...
