Office Space Connection at Curtis & Associates exclusively represents companies with all of their commercial real estate needs; our fees are paid by the landlord, never by the tenant. We have over 25 years experience specializing in commercial real estate, office leasing, industrial leasing, medical leasing, retail leasing and commercial building sales and purchasing for small to mid-size companies. Our focus is providing solutions to companies with landlord related issues, such as: office space expansion, downsizing, relocation, renewing, subleasing, past due on rent issues, lease reviews and operating expense audits, commercial buildings sales and purchasing, etc.

My specialty is negotiating office leases for small to mid-size companies with their commercial real estate needs thoughout Orange County, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. I handle anything from relocating, expanding, downsizing, subletting, landlord related issues, operating expenses and lease audit, etc. I know all the games the landlords play, their
