Quality/Quantity - I came here to make my copies because the inks in all my printers are ALWAYS dry... My choice is either spending 15¢ (17¢ with tax) for a copy or $25-$40 for an ink cartridge...

Poor and incomplete customer service. I arrived at 8:10am to get some photocopying and paper shredding done. I was told the person that works in that area doesn't come to work until 9:45am!!!...

The store met expectations but did nothing to exceed them. A lot of employees sitting around and only one person at the check stand helping customers. The clerk in the business services section...
