What great customer service! I own one of their ultra dry snorkles, which by the way, is a great snorkle. Best snorkle I've ever owned! I somehow during a move knocked off the top flap portion...

Yes, Oceanic does have great customer service. They just cannot deliver a dive computer that works! I am now on my third datamaster pro plus computer ,and they all seem to work for only one dive...
