I have over a decade of experience in therapeutic massage and yoga instruction. I bring some yoga wisdom to my bodywork practice and some therapeutic physical adjustments to my yoga teaching. With regard to bodywork, I integrate a fluid, firm, seamless, intuitive style into my structural knowledge and understanding of the body. My yoga instruction focuses on deep stretch, strengthening, structural alignment and integrity, and at the heart of it all, a sense of calm presence and joyful embodiment.
