Rude employees over the phone. I called twice, and both times, the employees answering, who seemed to be typical Americans, were rude and condescending to me. They'd be much nicer to other people...

The Ocean View Branch Library is about 100 feet or so from where the M MUNI line drops you off. From downtown I rode the M MUNI line past San Francisco State University to the quiet neighborhood...

super sweet staff :,). i explained my situation to them about my long ago checked out books & they were so understanding and helped look for my books. continue supporting & funding public libraries!
