It's going bankrupt and is a coop. It needs to be divided by unit, deeded to each owner and charged by square foot. Beware if considering buying.

The best building to live in LA. All the ammenities, pool, gym, valet, 24/7 security and managing staff. Panoramic views are Ocean front to downtown. And you can own here; which is so rare in LA...

Be warned that this is a Co-Op and not a condo. The property has been held hostage by some major self serving litigation and a 120 million dollar interest only loan that comes due in 2027....
