Honestly if I can give them zero stars I would they literally just canceled my van reservation last minute with no reason at all ... They offer me another van triple the price and it's so unfair...

This is my second time to renting a Van here. Everything was great! They bought some new benz sprinter vans, we love it. I definitely would come back again.

Very upset. They charged me a cancellation fee and did not let me know there was one when I called. The cancellation policy is not on their contract. They have it at the bottom of their website...

I would rate them a zero if I could. They added things that were unnecessary more then doubling the quoted rate.
