OB Java is a fun spot for grabbing a morning beverage and hanging out. Big open outdoor space, dog friendly, and easy going staff. I ordered an iced honey matcha and it was just ok, kind of grainy.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but this is a matter of public health that is serious. I came in around 12:30ish today and saw rat droppings on the counter, then I saw this! :/
