The care is excellent, for a Rehab and long term care, The office needs to improve with their follow up and customer service.

This place was absolutely horrible. My mother was supposed to get rehab at this place and instead was left unattended and ignored for the 7 days she survived at this hell hole. This was in April...

We took my father to Oakpark after he fell he had a broken leg and the rehab team helped him a lot. They are amazing, great atmosphere, much recommend.
