Welcome to Oak & Iron, a new craft cocktail bar located in downtown Thousand Oaks.Our mission is simple: utilize fresh and local ingredients along with the finest quality spirits to create a unique cocktail experience for our guests that continuously evolves. We’re here to raise the bar at the bar.Our craft cocktails take shape well before they’re ordered. Many of our ingredients are made right here – from house made tonics, oleos, infused spirits & simple syrups, to clarified juices and much more. We source fresh produce from local farms, so our menu may change depending on what’s freshly available and what inspires our team of knowledgeable bartenders.
