preserving the food's original flavors, fresh and tasty are the main goal for our restaurant. Our chef aims to bring out or highlight the original flavor of the vegetable, meat, or fruit. So little spice or sugar is used generally. Even though we are claimed ourselves as a fusion Chinese food provider, we tend to keep the food as authentic as it needs.
