My son really loves the workouts. I really saw a change in my son's health for the better. Thanks to boxing. Susan is such a nice woman. Highly recommend.

Great fun workout! This is a GYM and never once have I felt uncomfortable coming here to workout. I have gotten in shape with boxing and if you want a workout that is fun and not boring you...

My daughter has absolutely fallen in love with boxing all because of the wonderful and encouraging teachers here. On top of that, it's a helluva workout! Thank you!!!
