Northern Circle Indian Housing Authority
The Northern Circle Indian Housing Authority is a Tribally Designated Housing Entity (TDHE) that has been serving 8 Federally Recognized Tribes in Northern California since 1979. They work diligently to provide housing-related programs and services to these tribes, including the Berry Creek Rancheria of Maidu Indians, Guidiville Rancheria, Hopland Band of Pomo Indians, Kletsel Dehe Wintun Nation, Manchester-Point Arena Band of Pomo Indians, Mooretown Rancheria of Maidu Indians, Redwood Valley Little River Band of Pomo Indians, and Sherwood Valley Band of Pomo Indians.
With a strong focus on hope, healing, and housing, the Northern Circle Indian Housing Authority aims to improve the lives of tribal members by offering resources such as the Pala Housing Resource Center, credit building opportunities for renters through Rent Plus, and additional support through their partnership with the California Indian Manpower Consortium. They are dedicated to meeting the housing needs of their clients and fostering a sense of community within the tribal populations they serve.
