My appointment was with Dr. Louis Chang in San Mateo at 8:30 this morning...check in, staff was helpful. Got my eyes dilated, etc, said to wait for 10-20 minutes for Dr. (it takes 10 minutes tops...

This place is exceedingly slow. A typical visit involves about 2 hours of waiting and 5 min of time with the doctor. I would go anywhere else if at all possible.
