Terry Lewis, Senior Property Inspector decided years ago he wanted to start a property inspection company that was geared more towards the client instead of the money that could be made by the client. So he started North Coast Inspection Company, Inc. to provide his clients with a thorough inspection of the house they want to make to be their home. Terry inspects every home as if were his own. He even encourages all clients and agents to join him throughout the entire inspection, so they can ask questions and get explinations on any concerns or issues they might have.
