Based in Santa Rosa, Calif., North Bay Regional Center is a nonprofit organization that is operated by a volunteer board of directors under a contract with the state of California. It serves people with a variety of developmental disabilities, including mental retardation, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and autism. The center offers a range of services, such as diagnosis and evaluation, individual program planning, prevention-related services, crisis intervention, family support, advocacy and consultation with other agencies. Not enough: workers and along with that they only use certain day programs, and those programs are limited, they do not offer all that is fully needed to be Independent

I'm not client of their but my name gets brought up all the time their the policy states when you are not a client can't mention a non-client name the worst non-profit organization that can't...
