Do not bring any string instruments here for repair. Long story short, I ended up paying $50 for them to break my violin bow, cover this up, then shoddily rehair it only to have half of the hair...

Recommend calling before going to store to make sure they are actually open. Went twice during supposed store hours to find the place closed. Also, the hours posted on the website are not always...
