The girl with black hair I think her name was Isabel was very rude to me kept being dismissive and I felt ignored. Worst customer service I've experienced. Ebar was never like this.

The young girls who work here are so RUDE! Not kind at all. Super edgy. They definitely run the show and know it. So different than it used to be. Very sad. Who is doing the hiring here?
