Last year we were told our building needed an inspection. The inspection was held. Norbert Cronin never sent the report to us or to the insurance company despite multiple requests on their part....

Poor customer service for an insurance agent. They don't answer their phone. Multiple attempts at updating our commercial lines account, thought this was solved last year, still hasn't been fixed.

I'm an HOI and auto ins customer of Norbert Cronin. They haven't returned any of my many many many calls, voicemails, or emails. It's like they've fallen off the face of the earth. Very disappointing.
