Interesting, very interesting. Limited menu and they open at 1P. Menu and atmosphere is "lunch", so they need to open earlier than 1P. Very dark inside, reminds me of an old casino in Tahoe....

Will be back! Placerville has been needing a restaurant open late and this place is perfect. Everything is fried in beef tallow and is perfectly crispy. Many of the sauces are made from scratch...
