They just weren't good. Extremely dry, extremely crumbly, the longer they sat the worse they tasted. They were basically inedible and the flavor was so subtle, almost too subtle. I picked them up...

not a bad cookie but very sweet and not as healthy without eggs/butter/dairy. also barley still has gluten
