History

Nixon-Egli was founded by James R Nixon and Paul Egli back in the 60s, and remains a family run business today, with Jim Nixon's son Steve Nixon as CEO and his son James R Nixon II as COO. Founded as an American Hoist and Derrick dealer in Emeryville, Nixon-Egli found itself diversifying into becoming one of the few dealers to adapt itself to its customers needs by becoming a multi-line dealer, with offices in both Northern and Southern California.

Specialties

As California's best road construction equipment dealer, we sell cranes, pavers, rollers, millers, and more. Among the brands we carry are such luminaries as Link-Belt, LeeBoy, Wirtgen, Vogele, Hamm, Gradall, CEC, Johnston. Our parts warehouse contains milllions of parts, including hard to track Athey parts, and our service people are well-trained in maintaining and repairing equipment.
