Prior to being licensed and opening my business: I have been counseling adolescents since 1995. I worked with runaway youth, parents, groups and individuals managing an alcohol and drug program and counseled students in elementary, middle and high school.

Specialties

I specialize in helping my clients develop Empowerment, which includes releasing Anxiety, Depression, Low Self-Esteem, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Codependency, Addiction and memories of an unhappy childhood. Therapy for work adults, adolescents and children.
