They charge whatever they want regardless of what your insurance covers. Nikos charged me for x-rays, copay, and more when my insurance fully covers them under the UCD Insurance. I explained this...

Dr. Nik sets his own prices. Hundreds of dollars over insurance out-of-pocket price. When I called him out on it, he dropped me as a patient.
