What makes my business successful is specializing in client retention, which means making sure my client receives the best service possible. I make sure that when that client leaves he or she has gotten exactly what I promised when they first sat down in my chair. I also specialize in color, cutting, Brazilian keratin treatments and great lengths hair extensions.
