History

Beginning in Orange County Night & Day Productions strove to become the world's greatest wedding planning company. Lacking everything you need to start at the top we began helping hopeless hosts, catering companies, and even wedding planners fill their staffing needs by providing them day of support. As time went on we collected a roster of food service professionals across California and Las Vegas. Now, we provide staffing for anyone needing a little extra help whether it is a host at home or a catering company who's trying to keep up with demand.
