History

I understand chronic pain and what it takes to get out of it. Healing myself naturally from lyme disease is one of my greatest accomplishments, and a journey that taught me deep lessons about the layers of work needed to bring about positive change. My massage practice has grown out of those lessons and a desire to share that relief with you.
