New Star-Ell is an anchor of the neighborhood. Joven is the man. He deals with so much craziness coming in and out every night and he keeps a cool head.

Went to this store today after a long time. The new owners have done a fantastic job . Everything is organized and clean. Very beautiful and extensive collection of alcohol.
