Lived for 4.5 years in SF in a building managed by them. Had multiple issues like broken water heater, leaking sink, broken door lock and all were resolved within 1-2 days. John is very responsive.

Our building is "managed" by New Pacific Realty. Molly is the worst property manager ever. She literally yells at you if you call for repairs, doesn't have keys to the units, you have to call at...
